Created in march 2015 by Chloe Fournier, Welkeys is a concierge service new generation which simplifies and optimizes the management of rental short and medium-term stays at the destination of the owners who rent on platforms of rentals between private individuals. In order to take care of the logistics of these locations (the reception of travelers at the exit of the premises through the maintenance), the start-up relies on an organized network of 500 concierges professionals managed by their City managers, experienced and verified, from hospitality training, speaking one or several foreign languages, and are located in 40 cities in France.
Welkeys launched from January 2017 bid “Welkeys Premium” for real estate investors, expatriates and networks of real estate looking for an offer of property management high-end complete. This at Viva Technology on the lab AccorHotels, Welkeys has won the Innovation Award 2017 the challenge “Welcome to the Neighborhood” organized by the group.
Thus, the startup takes care of the rental from A to Z : an audit of the apartment, creating the ad with professional photos, broadcast on multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Homeaway and Tripadvisor), calendar management, reservations, and exchanges with the travellers 24/24h, price optimization according to the seasonality, co-ordination of the home, the household and the management of the linen between each rental with the caretakers of the community Welkeys, … today, this service is deployed in 10 cities in France and provides returns of nearly 11% to its customers.
This second fund-raising round will enable Welkeys to strengthen its Premium offering in Paris and its region, by offering quality services, hotel owners looking for profitability and their travelers in search of experience. The startup will expand its network of city managers in each of the cities and targets and offer a quality premium service to its passengers. It will soon offer its park apartments to large groups in search of new experiences of business travel.

Our concern is to offer a premium service to continue to satisfy international consumers ever more demanding,” says Chloe Fournier, founder of Welkeys.
Finally, this second round table will allow Welkeys to strengthen its international development, particularly in Europe (Belgium, Spain and Portugal) and Morocco, to a long-term position as concierge service exclusive.
