Valmet delivers his sixth tissuemaskin to Hayat Kimya in Russia

Valmet supplies a Advantage DCT machine with the flexibility of the ViscoNip press and an extensive automationspaket to the Turkish mjukpappersleverantören Hayat Kimya. The company has decided to meet the growing demand for its high-quality paper products through to invest in a second machine at its mill in Yelabuga, Tartaristan in Russia. The new maskinlinjen is expected to increase Hayat Kimyas current production of facial, toilet and towel with 70,000 tonnes.

The order is included in Valmet’s orders received for the second quarter of 2017. The value of the order is not revealed.

This is the seventh project in which Valmet and Hyats team is working together. Previously Valmet delivered five Advantage DCT 200TS machines to Hayat, which is installed in Turkey in 2010 and 2015, Iran In 2013, Russia in 2014 and Egypt in 2016. Valmet has also carried out extensive remodeling of their TM1 in Turkey, in 2015.

Technical information

The new tissue machine, TM7, hare n width of 5.6 m and a design speed of 2,200 m/min. The new production line is optimized for low energy consumption and improved product quality. Which raw material will you use färskmassa.

Valmet’s delivery includes a complete production line for tissue manufacturing, consisting of mäldberedningssystem and a Valmet Advantage DCT 200TS machine. The machine is equipped with an OptiFlo inloppslåda and a molded Yankeecylinder. The equipment also includes Advantageteknologin with the ViscoNip press, an AirCap Heli cover and air systems prepared for co-generation. WetDust dammhanteringssystem and SoftReel L wheelchair and a Valmet Focus omrullare. Mäldberednings system consists of OptiSlush uppslagare, OptiFiner refiner and OptiScreen maskinscanner.
