Transfer of shares altran by apax partners and altamir

PARIS, June 22, 2017 – Apax Partners and Altamir announce the success of the sale by its subsidiary Altrafin Participations SAS (” Altrafin “) 14 796 677 shares in Altran Technologies SA (” Altran “), representing 8.4% of the share capital, at a price of 15.0 € per share (an amount of 222 million euros) in the framework of an investment accelerated with institutional investors (the ” Offering “).

In total, the Offering including shares sold by Altrafin and by the founding shareholders Altran as part of the concert (such shareholders, together with Altrafin, the “Selling Shareholders”) represents 19 774 313 securities, or 11.2% of the share capital of Altran. This is done at the cost of 15.0 eur per share (a total amount of 297 million euros).

At the completion of this transaction, Apax Partners and Altamir have, via their subsidiary Altrafin, 14 796 677 shares Altran, representing 8.4% of the share capital.
