After having held the position of Director General of the Development Region PACA chez BNP Paribas Residential real Estate for 12 years, Marc Bibolé, 59, has been appointed Director of the agency, BNP Paribas real Estate Promotion Residential in Marseille on January 1, 2017.
In the framework of this new function, he represents the company with local decision-makers, and is in charge of the development of the agency mainly on the Bouches-du-Rhône.
His team, a group of 12 people, ensures the monitoring of projects, Residential real estate, prospecting of land to the completion and delivery of transactions of dwellings.
Jean-Baptiste rachou’s house Peraldi appointed Director of the Agency is the Nice Côte d’azur
After 10 years of experience as the Director of Development, particularly at Bouwfonds Marignan Immobilier and Bouygues Immobilier, Jean-Baptiste rachou’s house Peraldi has joined BNP Paribas real Estate Promotion Residential in 2013 as Director of Development Call for Tenders West (75/78/92).
Since September 1, 2016, Jean-Baptiste rachou’s house Peraldi, 36 years old, is the head of Agency, BNP Paribas Real Estate Nice Cote d’azur with the objective to develop the activity of promoting residential development on the Côte d’azur.
Its team includes 10 people whose missions cover the development of projects real estate-architecture, ambitious, obtaining and the purging of the building permit, commercial launches, and finally the construction and delivery of housing.
Florent Borio appointed Production Manager Île-de-France
Florent Borio, 39 years old, began his career in 2003 as director of programs at Spirit real Estate. He joined the teams of BNP Paribas real Estate in 2007 where he excerce during 3 years as Head of programs before taking the position of Director of Programs deputy in 2010, Director of Programs in 2012, and Center Director from 2014 to 2017.
Since April 3, 2017, Florent Borio occupies the function of Director of Production department Île-de-France.
Marc Bibolé, Jea-Baptiste rachou’s house Peraldi and Florent Borio are members of the Executive Committee of the Pôle Residential BNP Paribas Real Estate, directed by Olivier Bokobza.
