Again this year the employees of AIG in France to take part in the national competition, in order to advise and support students in the development of their project in social entrepreneurship. A moment of privileged exchange between experienced professionals and young talent involved.

Enactus France is an association law 1901 of general interest, a member of the network Enactus Worldwide (NGO). The vision of Enactus is to make emerge a new generation of young leaders who are responsible and committed. The mission of Enactus is to develop the spirit of entrepreneurship and commitment of the youth to the service of the company. To do this, Enactus helps students in the implementation of projects of social entrepreneurship with the involvement of the personnel of the company and of the faculty.
For editing 2016-2017, Enactus supports 1274 students on 175 projects in 61 schools in the whole of France. An adventure in which take part with enthusiasm AIG in France.
The seminar back in November, at the national finals in June, staff and members of the ERG (Employee Resource Groups or focus groups) of AIG are actively involved in the framing of the contests and projects, advising and encouraging young talent. A commitment which is associated with the Delegation AIG Lyon, which has participated in 3, 4 and 5 march at the seminar Booster, during which employees of AIG were able to share their skills and experiences with the professional teams that they have encountered.
An exciting experience which will close on the 1st and 2nd June at the Cité des Sciences of Paris for the final phase of the competition, where 6 employees of AIG, including the Executive board of AIG in France represented by its Director, Claims Management, Virginia Massaged, will participate in the selections.
