(2017-05-18) Kitron ASA marks today the official inauguration of its new factory in Torsvik, sweden, in Jönköping, sweden, with an arrangement for customers, partners, representatives for the local region and the employees.
– Kitron has grown significantly in the Swedish market, and we expect that this positive development continues. The new facility makes it possible for us to serve Swedish customers even more effectively in the future. At the end of the year we moved Kitrons business in Jönköping, sweden for the new facility in Torsvik, sweden, within budget and without major technical problems. Kitron has invested about 25 million SEK in the new plant and equipment.
– Sweden has grown to become Kitrons most important market, which is served both by our facility in Jönköping and the other of Kitron, nor the facilities. With the upgraded facility in Jönköping complete we a significant investment period for Kitron.
