Taj advised the group Prosol, the parent company of the ensign lyon of fresh stores Great Costs, for the realization of its Vendor Due Diligence, tax, legal, and social within the framework of the LBO that allowed the transfer of the control of its capital to the investment fund Ardian.
It is up to the group of the fourth redistribution of capital in ten years, but the first to allow majority control.
The closing of this transaction took place at the end of April.
