The Group, Ymagis (FR0011471291, MAGIS, PEA-SMES, TECH 40), european specialist in digital technologies for the cinema industry, is pleased to announce that Barco (NYSE Euronext Brussels : BAR), and its projection systems cinema Laser 6P high contrast are now compatible with EclairColor. The announcement was made in Barcelona, the first day of CineEurope, the annual convention of the International Union of Cinemas (UNIC) in Europe.
The new projectors certified EclairColor relate to systems Barco Laser 6P high contrast DP4K-40LHC and DP4K-20LHC. They are already available for sale via CinemaNext, the Business Unit of the Group, Ymagis dedicated to the activities of service operators in the cinema. The product range of Barco certified EclairColor will include also the new film projectors, phosphor Laser high-contrast DP4K-23BLP HC and DP4K-32BLP HC, the commercialization of which is expected before the end of the year.
