The Société de la Tour Eiffel confirms its implantation on Orsay / Plateau de Saclay, with the acquisition of a building of 1 300 m2 from the Municipality of Orsay. This acquisition relates to the building located at the entrance of the Park of the Eiffel Orsay University, which allows the Company to bring its ownership to 100 % of this Park, of which the occupancy rate is 93 %. The building purchased is occupied by a nursery of the Community of Agglomeration of Paris-Saclay.

Ideally located in the heart of one of the flagship projects of the Grand Paris (the scientific campus of Paris-Saclay), the Eiffel Park of Orsay has 18,500 m2 of offices spread over 18 buildings, now almost fully occupied. The Société de la Tour Eiffel intends to pursue actively the operations of the Park, which has a strong potential in terms of land reserves and attractiveness.
A construction project immediate 13.485 m2, of which the first slice is composed of two buildings (6.250 m2 of offices and 7.235 m2 of offices-activities and restaurant) is underway and has been the subject of a permit filing to build the 2nd quarter of 2017. The potential future of the Park amounted to 85,000 m2 thanks to the new PLU and represents an important source of growth for the Company.
