PARK EIFFEL LA DEFENSE-NANTERRE-SEINE
A few months after having finalised the acquisition of the Business Park Défense-Nanterre-Seine and the office building Delta (Nanterre-Prefecture), the Company of the Eiffel Tower recorded the first successful active management of this heritage.
On the Eiffel Park La Défense-Nanterre-Seine, this translates into the signing of the rental
2 700 m2 of offices with a number of donors to the surfaces included between 160 m2 and 900 m2. Located alongside the A86 motorway, the Eiffel Park La Défense-Nanterre-Seine is composed of
19 office buildings and local activities, as well as land reserves. All will benefit from the opening of a kindergarten in September 2017.
VELIZY / Building TOPAZ
In his building Topaz, located on rue Paul Dautier at plano, texas, the Société de la Tour Eiffel has signed a lease agreement with Altran to a surface extension of 2 500 m2. At the conclusion of this transaction, led by TEAM Consulting, Altran becomes now single user of the building for a total surface of 14 000 m2.
In addition to Topaz, the Société de la Tour Eiffel has two other office buildings on this tertiary centre, also based in rue Paul Dautier, Energy 2 (5.444 m2) and Vauban (7 000 m2), which represents a total surface area of approximately 26, 500m2, occupied at 90 %, for this pole dynamics in Western paris.
NANTERRE PREFECTURE / Building DELTA
For its part, the building Delta has seen the making of leases by 3/6/9 for three new tenants for a total of 700 m2. Located on boulevard des Bouvets, near the train station of Nanterre-Préfecture, Delta is at the foot of the two new stations on RER line E and the line 15 of the metro of Grand Paris.
