The Boards of directors of Bolloré and Société Industrielle et Financière de l’artois, as well as the supervisory Board of the Company of the Cambodia met that day and reviewed the tentative offer was received from Vivendi, covering the purchase of 59,69 % owned by the Bolloré Group on Havas at the cost 9.25 euros per share after detachment of the coupon of 0.18 euro which will be paid on 13 June 2017. This proposal promotes the participation of the Bolloré Group to 2.36 billion euros.
