In the framework of its plan to Move Up to 2020 and to support its issues of transformation and growth, SQLI wants to give a new impetus to its Management team and appoints Sylvie Verstraeten to the Management of Human Resources.

Towards a new HR policy Group

Sylvie Verstraeten joined SQLI on April 18, 2017 as the Director of Group Human Resources, with the mission to support the transformation of the company and its growth strategy, contribute to the development of a culture based on its three core values – a Creative Spirit, Commitment, Forward Thinking – and to orchestrate a policy of Group HR collaborative.

Graduated of a Master 2 in Business Law and a Llm in European Law, Sylvie Verstraeten began his career in 1997 as a Lawyer within Steria, and becomes as from 2005, Legal Director, France, a post she will occupy for 5 years. In 2010, she chose to redirect her career and was named Director of Human Resources France’s Steria to develop and implement the HR strategy supporting the transformation challenges of the Group and ensure the rise in value of the HR function. Following the merger Sopra Steria, it becomes HRD deputy Group in charge of the international and in particular contribute to the design and deployment of the integration process.

In the framework of its mission, Sylvie door, in particular a strategic program initiated in the last quarter of 2016, aiming to strengthen the employer brand of the Group and its visibility, accelerate recruitment, to allow everyone to be part of its evolution, to unite all forces around the project of company and put the Experience Collaborator at the centre of the HR policy.

SQLI recruits more than 700 talents in 2017

The appointment of Sylvie Verstraeten is part of the ambition of the Group to develop and attract new talent. In full swing, SQLI wants to strengthen its teams in France and internationally to support its customers in their transformation to digital.

The young graduate of level Bac +5 for the candidates experienced, the range of searched profiles is varied : functional Consultant, Consultant Ergonomist, Architects Solutions (Java/JEE2, Angular JS…), Project Managers, and Directors, Projects, UX, Designer or Engineers of engineering & Development.
But before all these are personalities, and demonstrate boldness, creativity with a strong ” team spirit “.

Future recruits will be involved on innovative projects in sectors as varied as banking, insurance, aerospace, energy, luxury, retail, etc, for large accounts, whose common denominator is the connected experience. All areas in full expansion, are involved : mobility, IOT, Big Data, marketing, digital and social, customer experience or the digitalization of the operations.
