PARIS and SAN FRANCISCO, July 3, 2017 18: 00 SpineGuard (FR0011464452 ALSGD, eligible PEA-PME), an innovative company that designs, develops and markets single-use medical devices for the purpose of securing the back surgery, announced today the signing of a licensing agreement exclusive with Adin Dental Implant Systems for the exploitation of the technology DSG® in implant dentistry. Adin develops, manufactures and markets dental solutions, innovative high-level, in over 60 countries.
SpineGuard and Adin have identified three clinical applications major in dental implant technology DSG® including the cumulative potential is estimated to be 8 million interventions per year in the world. The agreement between the two companies requires, among other things, the transfer of technology and assistance in the development of products with payments in installments.
