The Ordinary General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 27 June 2017 at 10: 30 a.m. at the business centre AMADEUS is located in the offices of l’arche 5, rue des Allumettes 13100 AIX-EN-PROVENCE.
The notice, made available on the website www.soditech.com (Investors Section), including the agenda, the draft resolutions and the terms of participation at the meeting, has been published in the Bulletin N° 61 des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) of 22 may 2017 (announcement 1702212).
The convening notice will be published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) and in a journal of legal notices, The Regional, the June 7, 2017.
The documents and information set forth by article R. 225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code are online on the website of the company www.soditech.com (Investors Section). The information provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of article L. 225-115 of the Code of Commerce and to the 1, 4 and 6 of article R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code are reported in the financial report posted on the website of the company www.soditech.com (Investors Section).
The preparatory documents for the General Meeting will also be held at the disposal of shareholders as of the convening of the Meeting. Thus, in accordance with the applicable regulatory provisions :
From the convening of the meeting and until the fifth day inclusive before the meeting, any shareholder holder of registered shares may ask the company to send him the documents and information mentioned in articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code.
The same right shall be open to any shareholder holding bearer securities, which justifies the application of this quality by the transmission of a certificate of registration in the bearer securities accounts held by an intermediary mentioned in article L. 211-3 of the French monetary and financial code.
Any shareholder may inspect the documents referred to in articles L. 225-115 and R. 225-83 of the French code of commerce with the Administrative and Financial division of the company 1 bis allée des Gabians 06150 CANNES LA BOCCA.
