The notice of meeting containing the agenda and draft resolutions was published in the BALO on may 22, 2017 (bulletin no. 61). The notice was filed on may 31, 2017 in the BALO and will be published on 09 June, 2017.
The documents provided for in article R. 225-83 of the commercial code are kept at the disposal of shareholders as of the convening of the meeting, in accordance with the regulatory provisions applicable R225-88 and R225-89 of the commercial code.
