In addition to the services provided to the customers, this new system also facilitates the treatment of the contracts and authorisations for the operators of the transport network.
More operators of the transport network (DSW21, DOV, BOGESTRA, VIA, SWKmobil, Rheinbahn, WSWmobil) use a sales management system hosting developed by Worldline to modernise the sale of tickets in the field of public transport.
In addition to this consolidation of technology, the process associated with the sale of tickets will also be standardized and optimized through a modular platform centrally integrates all processes, services and data in the field of the management and the sale of tickets. It will also be made available to customers, public transport operators and their partners.
With this solution, Worldline combines her expertise in the field of ticketing and payments to a system architecture that is flexible.
The standardization of the sales process is the main challenge of this project, because it is important not to compromise the compartmentalization and economic criteria specific to each company. Thanks to a migration study on the measurement, the solution can be easily integrated into the existing system of the partner and preserve the individuality of each transport operator. Its modular design allows the system to be easily extended or modified if necessary.
