Designed by a 21 year old student, in the early stages of e-commerce, to enable e-merchants to easily launch and grow the platform PrestaShop has developed at a speed and in dimensions that have surprised even its founder and today President, Bruno Lévêque :
“The open-source was at the heart of the project and my values as of the first day, but I thought I’d gather a few dozens of contributors : we have today several tens of thousands.
