As every two years, PRECIA MOLEN meets its subsidiaries at the registered office of the company to Veyras. From 31 may to 2 June, nearly 18 international subsidiaries who meet to discuss the future plans and development prospects of the company. Return on the latest news of the company.
An international presence, which is confirmed
With its 18 subsidiaries (India, Australia, USA, Morocco…) and present in 42 countries, Precia Molen continues its international development with the aim of be present on all the continents.
The recent acquisition of corporate CAPI SA and CAPI BF (Côte d’ivoire / Burkina Faso), which achieves a turnover of approximately € 4 million, is a perfect example of the strengthening of the presence of PRECIA MOLEN in the region.
This redemption shows the soundness of the strategy of PRECIA MOLEN to expand internationally : during Q1 2017, the group recorded an organic growth of +73.6% outside of Europe. India (+48%), Australia (+248%) and Malaysia (+204%) posted remarkable growth figures.
A solid balance sheet and supported by the external growth
Over the same period of Q1 2017, the group grew by +2.8% in France ; its board was to 109,7 M on the year 2016, a 4.1% increase compared to the year 2015.
In addition, the group PRECIA MOLEN announced recently to have concluded the acquisition of the company 3P Enterprise, based in Meyzieu, in the Rhône and is specialised in the sale and service of instruments and industrial weighing. The company achieved sales of around 400 K and has been consolidated this year.
Leading-edge innovations
During the past year, PRECIA MOLEN has unveiled new innovative products by integrating advanced digital technologies in an environment still little digitized, such that the indicator i25 Touch and an application of the statistical control of quality on a tablet. PRECIA MOLEN has therefore positioned itself as a major actor of innovation in the packaging sector and industrial weighing.
The table of sorting and weighing, automatic waste, developed in collaboration with the Council for the Département of the Ardèche in the framework of the fight against food waste in catering in college. Made entirely of stainless steel, the table is completely integrated with the function of weighing and the weight indication is given to the indicator i5.
