This strategic partnership consists of three axes : an investment of 20 million euros of Tasly in Pharnext ; the development of a new pipeline of synergistic combinations by means of a shared platform through the creation of a joint-venture research and development (JV) and license to the JV to the chinese market the flagship product of Pharnext during Phase III.
