Since its inception 12 years ago, Paris Inn Group is moderated by the willingness to undertake and innovate. That’s why she chose to become an accelerator of start-ups engaging with young companies to help them succeed. The past year has been launched a competition, with the Trophy Paris InnOvation, which had the objective to detect the start-up of the most innovative in the sector of hotels and tourism. Paris Inn Group has retained two, and has been open since its InnCubateur to OPTIONIZR and CLAPNCLIP in order to integrate and accompany them.
Paris Inn Group and OPTIONIZR announce the launch, in may of 2017 and for the first time in the hospitality industry, purchasing options on the reservation of rooms. This service, which had experienced a boom from air carriers and railway companies is now available to temporarily block of the rooms and their prices, including on tariffs, non-cancelable and non-exchangeable. This new novel service will enable the customers of the hotels Paris-Inn to better coordinate their travel before finalizing their reservation, while ensuring that their selection is still available and at the same price.
“We wanted to respond to the needs of our customers, we are constantly asking for more flexibility and services, for the organisation of their travel.” says Séverine Buffard, Deputy Director General of the Paris Inn Group.
These options are effective on the hotel Beauchamps, Best Western Premier Opera Cork, the Best Western Premier Opera Faubourg and Best Western Premier Faubourg 88. They will open soon to the rest of the hotel park of Paris Inn Group.
