By the end of the year, 50 positions are yet to be filled throughout France, open to profiles very different, young people or retraining with commercial experience and the desire to create and develop their own activity in the areas of social protection and heritage of the individual and the professional. “We would like to integrate 50 new agents and brokers as well as to open 40 more branches by the end of 2017 in order to net more widely throughout the national territory and to be closer to the insured. In the Face of regulatory constraints and new standards, Nousassurons.com adopts a new attractive strategy for recruitment. “We have positioned ourselves as an assembler of values as the true central purchasing office and a developer of talent, supporting our network in the extension and the monitoring of its commercial activity” complete Geraud Genty, head of recruitment at Nousassurons.com.
The recruitment in Nousassurons.com is carried out in several stages : an initial appointment with a recruitment manager to evaluate the feasibility of the project of the candidate, followed by a technical interview with the recruiting manager to confirm the technical knowledge of the candidate and also put in place a plan of commercial development, ensuring a successful integration, before finishing off with a week of integration at headquarters.
A comprehensive training programme was put in place in early 2016 to allow the new dealers to professionalise and develop the skills necessary to the profession of intermediary, insurers (brokers, agents, general agents), or non-insurers (brokers, real estate credit, IFAS, estate agents).
