The Group LECAUX Printing is a multi-services 12.7 M€ turnover with over 130 staff. Located in Cherbourg-Cotentin (50).

It carries out activities of printing, communication and digital data management. HANDIPRINT, wholly adapted to the Group LECAUX Printing, combines its historical expertise (printing, communication) will provide a value-added service to its customers.

With 72 employees, including 64 in a situation of disability, HANDIPRINT allows its customers to sign up for in a CSR approach (Corporate Social Responsibility) and benefit of a partner to listen and responsive. This approach translates to an organic growth of 5% per year for 8 years.

HANDIPRINT, which has the status of an Adapted Business is now contained in the 5 largest companies adapted in France. Vincent LEVIEUX wishes to continue to develop the Group LECAUX Printing through Web-to-print, signage, variable data management … but also by expanding the services offered within the right Company.

NCI, which wants to be closer to the innovative entrepreneurs has invested 700 K€ the group’s capital – Vincent LEVIEUX retains the majority.

We started with zero euro of CA. Seven years later, there is around 10.5 million euros (CA HANDIPRINT). And it continues, ” indicates Vincent Levieux.
“In our workshops, we have created the mix. Workers with disabilities are trained by the staff of the company. This has an effect engine amazing on our employees. Having a disability does not mean inability to learn a trade, to insert and to respond to a specification. Today, we want to make more of the adapted sector. That is why, we chose NCI. This background of regional investment and recognized, we hope to benefit from its advice in strategy development, but also its support in terms of management. Our goal ? To perpetuate the group and all of its subsidiaries.”
