June 7, 2017 – Based in Glos-sur-Risle (Eure), RMA-S is a company specialized in the design and manufacture of metal structures and techniques at the destination of the energy industry, including the oil sector.
ERM has developed over the years a particular expertise in these activities which involve, among others, a high-tech operational as well as an increased knowledge of international codes and standards and customer requirements.
Following its recovery in 2010, RMA-S was the subject of a repositioning to the industrial offshore oil exploration. This shift of activity has paid off, the turnover from 2.5 M in 2010 to 7 M in 2016, despite a market context that is complicated for the whole oil sector and parapétrolier.
Sébastien Gandolphe (laureate Network to Undertake Normandy, the Seine and Eure 2017) is an experienced professional of the sector, having completed a large part of his career in industrial groups, to the international. At the time of a significant recovery of investments in the energy sector is expected, he intends to pursue the commercial development of the company while making the ERM-S a consolidated basis by external growth.
NCI and Bpifrance are therefore associated, as a minority investor, Sébastien Gandolphe to structure and support the operation of recovery of RMA-S.
