The notice of meeting published in the bulletin of annonces légales obligatoires (BALO) and in the newspaper of legal announcements (JAL) contains the agenda, the text of the draft resolutions, as well as the modalities of participation and vote at this meeting. All documentation concerning the assembly is held available to the shareholders under the conditions provided for by the regulations in force and available on our web site this day.
DETAILS ON The GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Only the shareholders having carried out the registration of their securities no later than the second business day preceding the date fixed for the Meeting, at zero hour, Paris time, will be able to participate in the general assembly.
For shareholders holding bearer shares, their authorized intermediary shall provide a ” certificate of participation “. This certificate must be attached to the remote voting form or proxy. The certificate of participation will substitute for the admission card for the shareholders wishing to be physically present at the AGM.
