Horizontal Software, a software publisher’s new generation of SaaS and SaaS-Apps, announces the launch of a solution of the medical time management in SaaS mode, full web to address the issues of planning practitioners in the public hospitals. It will also address the new challenges related Groups, Hospital Territory.
The public health sector encounter specific problems with regard to the management of the working time of practitioners. These are shared between the service obligations (working time excluding emergencies) and the time penalty and custody. This solution mutualisable and complete will create the tables for the custody and service, to ensure the permanence of the care with a follow-up quarterly, but also to manage the movement on periodic penalty payments according to the legislation in force, to calculate the TTA (Time Additional Work), to ensure compliance with the daily rest and rest security, to follow the time-continuous and discontinuous, as well as the clinical and nonclinical activities and generate TEUS (Variable Elements of Pay). Each practitioner, via its portal, defines his or her wishes in terms of planning. The system responds automatically.
Moreover, this solution allows to optimize the tables of service (such as emergency services), taking into account the regulatory constraints, equity and succession. It also ensures the permanence of the care optimum while allowing their independence to the practitioner.
The pilot version is already experienced with the first customers who have placed the first orders as part of the backlog in the 1st quarter. This new offering is one of the growth drivers of the group to generate its revenue growth target of 2017 and HSW anticipates, therefore, a progressive ramp-up over the year.
It is to be noted that the group HSW is already present on nearly 30% of the groups in hospital in France (in total 135 groups hospital in France representing themselves between 3 and 5 health centres by group), which is as much potential for the deployment of this offer.
With this offer fully packaged and the continuation of its strategy to replicate, the group therefore expects on this solution, a speed of deployment reduced to the following (less time to set-up and recurrence).
