FREY SA (ISIN : FR0010588079 FREY), a property development specializing in shopping centers, open-air, announces that it has signed a credit of a total amount of € 300 million with an initial term of 5 years with two extension options of one additional year (in particular subject to the prior consent of the lenders). FREY had announced on April 13 by way of a press release, the signing of a mandate letter for the arrangement and underwriting of the credit.

This line of credit is intended to refinance part of the existing debt of the Group and to participate in the financing of development projects being launched, or of those that may materialise in the coming months.
It enables you to benefit from favourable financing conditions, reflecting the current liquidity of the credit market and improve the financial flexibility of FREY.
BNP Paribas, CA CIB and LCL have acted as co-arrangers in this transaction, and also as lenders, to the sides of the Postal Bank, the Credit Foncier, the CIC, and the CMSB.
FREY was advised by the law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and the lenders by the law firm Gide.
