Françoise Mercadal-delasalles named chief executive officer of crédit du nord group

The Board of directors of Crédit du Nord, which was held on may 19, 2017 last, has named Françoise Mercadal-Delasalles chief executive officer of Crédit du Nord group, effective July 1, 2017.

Philippe Amestoy, previously general manager of Crédit du Nord group, joined the group Société Générale as director of Operations and Transformation of the retail Bank in France.

Françoise Mercadal-Delasalles practiced previously, since 2009, the functions of the director of Resources and Innovation within the Société Générale group and was, as such, a member of the executive Committee of the Société Générale group. Born in 1962, degree in law and letters, IEP Paris, she becomes, upon his graduation from ENA in 1988, director calendar of the directorate of Budget of the ministry of Finance. In 1992, she is head of the Environment division of the department of financing of international projects of NPP. Appointed in 1995 as assistant director of the Europe office of the directorate of Budget at ministry of Finance, she joined in 2002, the Caisse des dépôts et consignations, as director delegated to It. In 2003, she was appointed deputy secretary-general, director of management control, information systems and general resources, and then the definition of the strategic plan. She joined in 2008 the Société Générale group as director of operational Effectiveness and Innovation. She became in 2009, the director of Resources and Innovation of the Group.
