France: market shares end up; the CAC 40 index gaining 0.31 per cent

France: The stock markets have finished the session higher on Thursday; the progression of Food and drugs, Gas and water, Financial and general, has contributed to this increase.

In the closing session in Paris, the CAC 40 index rose 0.31%, thus signalling a highest of one month, while the SBF 120 index recorded a rise of 0.21%.

The best performance of the session for the CAC 40 index is to be put to the credit of the title TechnipFMC PLC (PA:FTI) increased from 3.35% to be 0,71 points for a closing price of 21,89. In the second position, we find the STMicroelectronics NV (PA:STM) and win 2,40% or 0,355 points for a close at 15,170. The title Capgemini SE (PA:CAPP) completes the top three with an increase of 1.48% or 1.50 points for a end of the session to 103,00.

Credit Agricole SA (PA:CAGR), sign the worst performance of the session, losing 2.93 per cent to be 0,315 points for a closing price of 10,435. Publicis Groupe (PA:PUBP) gives up 2.48 per cent or 1.26 in points and ends at 49,46. For its part, Carrefour SA (PA:CARR) loose 2,41% or 0.41 points for a closing price of 16,79.

The best performance of the SBF 120 index return to Vallourec SA (PA:VLLP) which gained to 6.82% for a course of 2,442, CGG SA (PA:GEPH), an increase of 4.25% to 1,694 and TechnipFMC PLC (PA:FTI), which won 3,35% for a closing price at 21,89.

The values of the least-performing Natixis (PA:NMC) declined from 11.76% to 3,480 in closing, Air France – KLM SA (PA:AIRF) which lost 4.38 per cent to 7,550 and Casino Guichard Perrachon SA (PA:CASP), down 3.65% 31.70 in close.

The titles in the drop exceeded the number of titles up to the Paris stock Exchange by 299 values to 266 and 92 stable.

The securities Natixis (PA:NMC) have decreased and reached a low of 52 weeks, after a decline of 11.76%, that is, 0,464 points for a course of 3,480.

The CAC 40 VIX, which measures the implied volatility of the options on the CAC 40 index, has increased from 0.22% up to 13.68.

On the other hand, the gold for delivery in August, gained 3.19 percent is 43,05 points, to $1.391,85 a troy ounce. Regarding other raw materials, crude oil for delivery in August rose 5.37%, or 2,90 points for a $56,87 barrel, while Brent crude for delivery in August gained to 3.88%, or 2.40 points to a course of $64,22 the barrel.

The pair EUR/USD has recorded an increase of 0.60% 1,1291, while the EUR/GBP pair has made 0,11% to 0,8888.
