With a retention rate of 82% and a number of customers, an increase of +11%, the group HomeServe confirms the historical success of its business model with its customers and business partners. It is in particular through the signature by HomeServe USA, a partnership with USP2 on the North American continent and a joint-venture with Edison Energy3 (a Subsidiary of the EDF group) for HomeServe in Italy, the group wishes to pursue its development and strengthen its leading position on the market of assistance services and emergency troubleshooting for the home.

In this context of growth, the group HomeServe plans to continue to develop its business model, history, available by subscription, developing its international presence in 10 new countries in Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East in the medium term.

– a strong commitment on the market for repair work and renovation with, in order to support his arrival on this new sector, the participation and the acquisition of CheckATrade4 in England and Habitissimo5 in Spain and France, two major actors dedicated to the trades working on the house,
– the design of financing solutions offered on selected tenders in order to assist owners in their projects (e.g. : replacement and rental boilers, renovation work, etc.).

In order to support its strategy, display a strong identity on a global scale and develop its reputation among its customers, HomeServe will engage in several actions of communication media on its sales platforms online, with a work of standardizing around a single brand, a logo and a common name, in the 6 countries where it is already present.
The levers of growth of HomeServe France, which recorded a result of operating the positioning as the second largest market of the Group
With a turnover of 107.9 million euros for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017, representing almost 12% of that of the Group, HomeServe recorded an operating result that positions it as the second largest market of the Group.
With its 450 employees based in Lyon and Paris, HomeServe France registered a solid and steady growth, with a number of customers and an increase in sales, respectively, 4% and 3%. This growth is based on a retention rate of 89%, a rate the highest of the Group.
Present since 15 years in France, HomeServe has acquired a mature economy and enabling it to carry the new strategy of the group and of guiding them towards new lines of growth, based on :
– the development of investments on its platform troubleshooting to the online application : www.depannetmoi.fr (launched in 2016),
– the creation of an extensive offer of services for the home, including the works of renovation and repair, through the acquisition of Habitissimo.
To accompany this strategy, HomeServe France will continue to strengthen its network of providers, the first national network in France.
Currently, thanks to its 3 000 professionals everywhere in France, HomeServe provides 1 troubleshooting every 4 minutes at the home of 1 million customers.
