Duff & Phelps confirmed its growth after being installed in Spain and Ireland, in 2014 and 2015, in parallel to its expansion in Germany and the acquisition of Kinetic Partners and American Appraisal, both of which are strongly implanted in Europe.
In the medium term, the consulting firm financial plans to balance its activity between North America and the rest of the world.
Paris, 15 June 2017 The council’s independent financial Duff & Phelps confirmed its ambitions for deployment. Listed among the world leaders in financial valuation and corporate finance, the firm also is active in the areas of litigation and investigations, the council’s compliance and regulation, or of the real estate and restructuring appointment of Yann Magnan as EMEA.
Founder of the paris office and a member of the Operating Committee at a global level for 2016, Yann will direct the business of Duff & Phelps in all occupations combined in the whole of the area covering the United Kingdom, Ireland, continental Europe and the Middle East, with a mission to develop the range of services and to develop and lead the expansion strategy.
A network of 26 offices in EMEA

Today strong of 26 offices in Europe and the Middle East, Duff & Phelps was heavily deployed in the area in recent years. Originally established in Great Britain, France, Germany and the netherlands, the firm opened its first office in Spain and second in Germany (Frankfurt), in 2014. In the course of the following year, Duff & Phelps has taken a position in Ireland, and proceeded with the acquisition of Kinetic Partners (Great Britain, Ireland, Jersey and Luxembourg, in Europe) and American Appraisal, which had such a strong presence in the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Italy. In addition, the Middle East, Duff & Phelps knows a strong expansion in its offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Which currently encompasses more than 600 professionals across the EMEA zone, of which more than 75 managing directors, Duff & Phelps displays the goal of balancing its business between North America and the rest of the world in the medium term.

Biography :
Yann Magnan, 45 years, takes on the function of EMEA Duff & Phelps in 2017. For a year, he is also a member of the Operating Committee of the firm, financial advice independent.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps and embark on an entrepreneurial adventure creating the paris office, in 2007, Yann was a Partner at Ernst & Young (today EY). He has worked in the Evaluation department and financial Modeling, and had held several positions of increasing responsibility within that department prior to becoming a partner.
Yann has extensive experience in international transactions and specialized expertise in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets and tax assessment. Its customers are major players in many industries, such as telecommunications, communication, leisure, consumer goods and distribution, healthcare, and energy.
Furthermore, Yann is a frequent speaker at conferences on the theme of the evaluation, both in France and abroad.
A graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris (1995), Yann has also received training in technology, communication and entertainment, and media at the Institute of Multi-Media, Paris (2004).
