After the acquisition of CetSI in march 2016, Industries & Finance Partners, via the holding company Cyllene, announces the acquisition of ABC company Systems and Training in the framework of a programme of Build-up aimed at creating a French leader on the market of outsourcing and Cloud IT infrastructures outsourced.

Founded in 1995, ABC Systems and Training supports its clients in their transformation projects, information systems and offers solutions that are “tailor-made” computer services around the infrastructure, outsourcing, and complements the expertise of CetSI on the technology of the public cloud, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.

With approximately 120 employees, ABC Systems and Training is open to all business sectors whose needs for outsourcing of the it infrastructure are growing and works with many prestigious clients.
  

Carrying on 2017, a total turnover of 41 M€ with ABC, Cyllene continues its program of consolidation of the sector of the outsourcing Cloud on a market atomized and sustained growth. The Group aims, in particular, the continuation of the geographic coverage and the strengthening of the trades, products and services to support its customers in their entire process of transformation digital.

The President of ABC Systems and Training, Olivier Pigois, re-invests, alongside Industries & Finances and Olivier Poelaert, and senior managers of the company in order to carry out this ambitious programme.

This is an investment of the fund Industry & Finance Investments 3, closed in 2014 to the tune of€ 135 Million is dedicated to the operations of industry consolidation.
