Paris, may 29, 2017 The site Crowdfundingimmo.fr announces that it has completed the crowdfunding for its 16th real estate transaction : the Pan of The promoter Sévéa, located in Hennebont (Morbihan). The program is composed of 16 new units and 19 parking spaces of which 12 are covered. 34 investors have chosen to be co-sponsors of the project. The total amount raised through Crowdfundingimmo.fr for this operation is of 188 000 euros.
The yield offered to subscribers amounts to 9% per year for an investment period of contractual period of 36 months. Crowdfundingimmo.fr however, aims for a return of the funds in 12 months : the delivery of the programme is estimated in the first quarter of 2018 and the repayment horizon for investors in the second quarter of 2018. The operation is précommercialisée to the tune of 69% (in revenue to may 22, 2017).
Insurance damage-work has been issued by the SMA BTP (Group ADM).
The first operation of Crowdfundingimmo.fr in Britain
The Pan is the first real estate project Crowdfundingimmo.fr launched in Britain. The program is a residence in R+3 of 16 apartments, ranging from T2 to T4, with 19 parking spaces including 12 covered.
The program is made by the real estate developer Sévéa, originating in the gulf of Morbihan. Founded in 2007, the company, which is a member of the Federation of property Developers (FPI) since 2016, has been a triple winner of the Pyramids Silver 2017 of the REIT, Britain on march 23, last. The Pan was awarded the Prize of the first output and a second property, also located in Hennebont, was awarded the prize of the urban Mix and innovation in real estate.

Crowdfundingimmo.fr has completed 16 investment projects from 2014 for a total amount of more than € 4.3 million. These real estate projects, including in the Var, the Alpes-Maritime, the Gironde, or the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, have allowed the construction of more than 290 dwellings and 9 local destination shops and offices.
Crowdfundingimmo.fr has also finalized since 2016 the repayment to the investors of 7 operations for a total amount of more than 2.5 million euros and annual returns in net before tax of between 8% and 9%, for an average investment of 17 months. The platform is expected to soon repay the investors in a real estate program located in the south of France.
