Paris, may 17, 2017 The site Crowdfundingimmo.fr has opened a new operation of funding a property development project : the Pan of The promoter Sévéa, located in Hennebont (Morbihan). The program is composed of 16 new units and 19 parking spaces of which 12 are covered. The amount of collection target for this program is 160 000 euros. The entry ticket is set at eur 2 000.
The yield offered to subscribers will amount to 9% per year for an investment period of contractual period of 36 months. Crowdfundingimmo.fr however, aims for a return of the funds in 12 months : the delivery of the programme is estimated in the first quarter of 2018 and the repayment horizon for investors in the second quarter of 2018.
The Financial Guarantee of Completion has been issued by the Bank Tarneaud.
Insurance damage-work has been issued by the SMA BTP (Group ADM).
The operation is précommercialisée to the tune of 64% (in revenue to 16 may 2017).
