Promotion of Mr. Olivier Buquen as Chief Financial officer of the Group
Mr. Olivier Buquen, who until then was Director of International Development and Acquisitions of the Group, is promoted to Chief Financial officer of the group Chargers. He succeeds Mr. Rémy Husson, who is leaving the Group.

Having joined Chargers in 2016, Mr. Olivier Buquen already has an in-depth knowledge of the Group, its teams and its settlements in the world. He has since his arrival been a part of the strategy of development of business of a niche of Loaders, together with the President Director-General, Michaël Fribourg.

Mr. Olivier Buquen will be responsible for modernising the finance function of the Group, in the service of all of its stakeholders. He will be assisted by Mr. Cédric Ratouis, Assistant to the Chief Financial officer of the Group, which retains its functions. Appointment of Mr. Sampiero Lanfranchi as head of International Development and Acquisitions of the Group

Mr. Sampiero Lanfranchi, who until then was admitted to the bars of New York and Paris, specialized in mergers and acquisitions, member of the law firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, succeeds Mr. Olivier Buquen.

He will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of acquisition projects, the monitoring of the integration of acquired businesses and new locations worldwide, in connection with all of the teams in the Group.

Biographies
Olivier BUQUEN, Chief Financial officer of the Group.
Member of the Executive Committee.
52 years old, graduated from ESSEC business school, Sciences Po Paris and Harvard Business School.
Olivier BUQUEN began his professional career in 1988 as head of communications for the Bolloré Group. In 1990, he joined the financial division of the Paribas Group. He joined the general secretariat of the group in 1996 and became in 1999, chief operating officer of BNP Paribas Lease Group Italia in Milan.

Joining the Plastic Omnium group as a member of the Group Executive Committee in 2002, he was successively Development director at Plastic Omnium Environment, director general of the Company Signature (the european leader in road signage, 230 million euros of turnover, 1 500 people), and then Development director of the Group.

Olivier BUQUEN was interministerial delegate for economic intelligence (2009-2013), and then controller-general, economic and financial (2013-2016).

He joined the Chargers in may 2016, acting director of International Development.

34 years old, a lawyer by training, a member of the bar of New York and formerly enrolled at the Paris bar, holds a DEA in international law from the University of Paris II, graduate of HEC, ESCP/EAP, and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Sampiero LANFRANCHI began his career working for an american firm, and then in a private equity fund in London. In 2010, he joined the Corporate department and M&A law firm of paris De Pardieu Brocas Maffei AARPI, where he has worked on many transactions, particularly in the industrial sector.

He joined the Chargers in 2017, and will focus on the development of the Group’s international operations to support its strategic growth.
