Shiseido Group EMEA wished to relocate its headquarters to gather its employees in a same space to promote its brand image and raise its ambitions. To meet these challenges, CBRE has shared his skills by working on this project two entities : CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services, in charge of the search of the property, and CBRE’s Design & Project for the development of offices.
CBRE Advisory & Transaction Services has accompanied the choice of the building including the location met the criteria of the Group : the Square of Saint Honoré, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
The building brings together all of the group’s employees on more than 7 200m2 of space to work, spread over 5 floors.
CBRE Design & Project was then fitted out the premises to meet the specifications of its client, while respecting a time schedule very tight, only 4 months of work.
Shiseido Group EMEA wished to unite its employees in spaces with a bright, open and modern. CBRE Design & Project a proposed open-plan living areas in order to foster cohesion and to facilitate the transition.
CBRE has also completed work environments as dynamic, encouraging creativity and exchanges in developing different types of meeting rooms promote concentration and exchange.
Shiseido Group also hoped that the DNA of the brand feel through the design. CBRE has retained the Eiffel structure original, reminiscent of the parisian soul of the places and enhanced by uncluttered spaces.
Finally, the training and the technology have been preferred with the creation of a ” Flag ship “, a real store recreated within the seat to provide a working tool size to the teams. A “Creative Lab” interactive has also been designed by CBRE for promoting the collaborative exchange and the welcome of the speakers.
