Vénissieux, may 11, 2017 – boostHEAT is funded to the tune of 3.4 Million in the framework of the Program investissements d’avenir (PIA) in respect of the call for project “PIAVE” – Industrial Projects of the Future, driven by the General commission for Investment (CGI) and operated by Bpifrance. This funding contributes to the establishment of a production tool to industrialize the manufacture of boilers, thermodynamic and innovative.

boostHEAT designs and develops a new generation of boiler thermodynamics Renewable Energies based on a technological innovation patented thermal compression. This innovation helps ensure the operation of a thermodynamic cycle which ensures that the boiler’s excellent energy efficiency. boostHEAT offers a product with high energy efficiency, allowing to divide by two the consumption of gas and reducing the emissions of CO2 for heating applications, hot water production and air conditioning for buildings residential, collective and tertiary sectors.
The funding of 3.4 Million granted by Bpifrance in the framework of the Program ” investments for the future, contributes to the establishment of a production tool for the manufacture of boilers boostHEAT on an industrial scale and meet the latest trends of the Industry of the Future, on the site of Vénissieux.
“boostHEAT wishes to register durably in the industrial landscape of French and to benefit from the skills existing on the territory, in particular in the region of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, in order to expand its boiler innovative and to bring its contribution to the energy transition” explain Luc Jacquet and Jean-Marc Joffroy, co-founder of boostHEAT. “We sincerely thank the office of the Commissioner General to Investment, Bpifrance and the experts who have served our folder for their support to the success of our ambition”

Fifty jobs will be created by 2018 and will be completed to measure the changing needs of boostHEAT.
boostHEAT will be supplying the boiler thermodynamics EnR in 2018.

The Program of future investments, led by the office of the Commissioner-general to the industry (CGI), has been equipped with 47 billion euros, of which more than $ 36 billion have already been engaged since 2010, on six major strategic axes for the France of tomorrow :
the higher education and training
the research and its valorisation
the industrial modernization
sustainable development
the digital economy
health and biotechnologies.
About the PIAVE (industrial Projects for the future)
The call for projects of the PIAVE is intended for projects that are in the process of the 9 solutions of New France industrial.
It relates to two types of projects :
the work of R&D and industrialization,
the work aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of strategic sectors in france.
These projects must be of benefit to many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMES) or enterprises of intermediary size (ETI) are independent and demonstrate a concrete contribution and factor to the sector and to its structuring. In addition, they need to involve an industrial activity, and to demonstrate autonomy at the term vis-à-vis the public support.
To be eligible, projects must present a program consisting of a minimum expenditure of 3 Million and have a theme promising activity and employment :
that corresponds to one or more solutions of the New France of the industry, notably in the framework of the implementation of the roadmap validated by the steering Committee of the 9 solutions ; in this case, the project must be carried by a company regardless of its size. In a consortium it can involve other companies, laboratories or research institutions.
which corresponds to one of the objectives of the strategic committees of the sector ; the project may alternatively be carried by a structure bringing together several companies, or a representative entity of the sector’s companies (such as a professional federation, an economic interest group (EIG, association, etc.).
An envelope of 305 M will be assigned to the action “industrial Projects of the future” (” PIAVE “) in the form of State aid (subsidies and repayable advances).
