At today’s extraordinary general meeting of B&B TOOLS AB (publ) resolved, in accordance with the board’s proposal to change the company’s name from the B&B TOOLS ab Bergman & Beving limited liability Company by amending the company’s articles of association. As a result of the renaming will B&B TOOLS class B shares also change the short name (s.k. ticker) on Nasdaq Stockholm to MOUNTAIN B.
This amendment is prompted by a division of B&B TOOLS group into two separate publicly traded companies through the spin-off and what is more, of the segment the Momentum Group.
