Jean-Bernard LÉVY, Chairman and ceo of EDF group, has made several appointments within the Executive Committee, which will take effect on 17 July 2017.

Simone ROSSI was appointed Executive Director Group, and will be appointed managing Director of EDF Energy from 1 November 2017. Previously, he was Group Executive in charge of the International division.
Marianne LAIGNEAU was appointed Group Executive in charge of the International division. She was previously Group Executive in charge of the Human Resources Management Group.
Christophe CARVAL was appointed Group Executive in charge of the Human Resources Management Group. He was previously Director of Human Resources of ENEDIS.
Cédric LEWANDOWSKI was appointed Group Executive in charge of the Management of Innovation, Strategy and Programming. He was previously the Director of the Office of the Minister of Defence.

Henri LAFONTAINE, Group Executive in charge of the Pole, Clients, Services, and Regional Action.
Dominique MINIÈRE, Director Executive Group in charge of the Management of Nuclear and Thermal.
Until October 31, 2017, Vincent de RIVAZ, Chief Executive Group, Director General of EDF Energy.
Pierre TODOROV, Group Executive in charge of the General Secretariat of the Group.
Xavier URSAT, Group Executive in charge of the Engineering and Projects New Nuclear.
Alexander SHE, the Director in charge of the Coordination and Executive of Governmental Relations, provides the secretariat for the Executive Committee.
