Appointments of Associates in the Advisory department at Deloitte

Deloitte announces the appointment of Franck Cheron, Paul Cunningham, Marie-Hélène Gubert, François-Xavier Leroux, Julien Maldonato, Anne Sultan and Thibaut de la Bouvrie as an Associate within the Advisory department, which comprises the activities of Consulting and Risk Advisory.

Franck Chéron, 40 years old, graduated of Dauphine, in Insurance and The Sorbonne in Macroeconomics, is appointed an Associate Board Human Capital at Deloitte. Franck began his career with Mercer in Paris in 2001 and then worked for the firm of Towers Perrin. He joined Deloitte and its activities Human Capital in 2014 where he has headed since the activity Benefits (40 people). He has a strong experience in the coordination of international projects and the value of the liabilities of social. It also has acquired a strong expertise in the field of pension and health-care costs, the benefits based on financial instruments and the level of the defined benefit/defined contribution especially to the leaders. He also participates regularly in projects of mergers and acquisitions in the framework of the activities of Human Capital.

Paul Cunningham, age 53, was appointed an Associate Board part of the Enterprise Applications at Deloitte. After having started his career at a solutions editor, he has successively held responsibility positions in large consulting firms. Specialist in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, he joined Deloitte in 2016 following the purchase of the firm Cleversys. Very involved in major transformation programs, he has conducted a variety of missions, primarily in the areas of Industry, Services and Distribution. In particular, it has piloted numerous projects in France and internationally.

Marie-Hélène Gubert, 46 years old, a graduate of the Escem Tours-Poitiers, chartered accountant, is appointed as a partner Accounting Services with Deloitte. She began her career in audit and accounting chez Scacchi & Associés in 1995 and has joined Deloitte in 2012. Marie-Hélène has developed a specific expertise in the non-profit sector. She is also involved in missions of assistance in accounting, tax, and social. She has also contributed to the development of the outsourcing business, accounting and social addressed to ETI and driver including the business pay in which it deals with its teams of specific social complex.

François-Xavier Leroux, 41 years old, a graduate of the EDHEC business school, was appointed Associate consultant at Deloitte. After several experiences in agency and consulting firms, he joined Deloitte in 2012 to support the firm’s clients on growth strategies and transformation projects. Co-founder of Deloitte Digital in France, the business consulting and digital agency, developing for 3 years this division with a focus on the transformation of businesses and customer experiences. Ensuring a continuous watch for digital trends, François-Xavier is the host of major events between the leaders of major French groups on issues of transformation and innovation.

Julien Maldonato, 39 years old, engineer of Mines, is appointed Associate Council Financial Industry. Julien began his career in a start-up of e-commerce in California prior to joining IBM Business Consulting to accompany the actors of the Insurance in their transformation projects digital. In 2006, he joined Deloitte to develop the offer of council of innovation and transformation of digital at Financial Institutions. He helps Banks, Insurance companies and Fintechs in the management of complex projects : business creation, launching of tenders, redesign of models of distribution, digitization and socialization process. It is specialized in the digital and technology disruptions that are applied to financial services : Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, connected objects.

Within the activity Risk Advisory :

Anne Sultan, 40 years old, a graduate from Telecom Management School, is named Associate Risk Advisory at Deloitte. Anne began her career at Deloitte in Paris in 2000. She has an experience of over 15 years in audit of information systems and in the management of IT risk. It leads to the time of the audit missions and assistance, mainly in the distribution sector and telecom, and with major listed groups and ETI national. It offers a double competence in management and Information System and an in-depth expertise in computer audit. Anne is more specifically in charge of the activities of information technology audit of the industrial sectors and Services.

Thibaut de la Bouvrie, 35 years old, engineer in electronics & telecommunications from ESEO, is appointed Partner Risk Advisory at Deloitte. He began his career in Prague for the Bank PSA Finance, and then worked 4 years at Protiviti in Cyber security before taking part in the creation of a cabinet for 2 years. Thibaut joined Deloitte in 2013 in the activities, Risk Advisory. It has created Technology Risk Solutions, a digital platform that offers modern technological solutions for clients of the firm. With a dual competence in technology & business, he accompanies industrial and financial groups, on their issues of technological platform, innovation, and automation.
