An SME leader on its market
Created in 1984 by Hervé Lecat, executive officer, founder, Completeness offers a service of school support through tutoring in-home, group lessons during the school holidays, and online courses.
Completeness is present on the whole national territory with a network of branches covering Paris, the paris region and 33 great cities of France. In 2015-2016, the organization of school support intervened with 19 000 families, providing 470 000 hours of tutoring and 80 000 hours of group lessons.
According to a survey Fifg conducted in 2016 with 304 families, 95% of the customers of Completeness are satisfied. This success is explained in large part by the quality of the educators, carefully selected after a recruitment process consisting of 3 parts : testing of knowledge in the subjects concerned, a situation to evaluate the teaching qualities, and finally a personal interview to validate the experience and the ability to communicate good ways of working. Completeness is certified Qualicert for the recruitment of its stakeholders in the educational system.
The company has achieved 8 million euros of turnover in the financial year 2015-16 (closing to July 31, 2016).
Second outlet of participation for ALTUR INVESTMENT in 2017
ALTUR INVESTMENT invests up to 10% of the capital complete with the managers and key executives of the company, on the occasion of a capital increase, the amount of which is kept confidential. This investment comes just after the recent acquisition of a shareholding in ALTUR INVESTMENTS in Kinougarde, one of the French leaders in the care of children at home.
