The WTO said on Tuesday that EU subsidies to Airbus continued to be illegal, a final verdict which authorizes the United States to apply trade sanctions that could amount to several billion dollars, according to Washington.
In a document, the appellate Body of the dispute settlement Body (DSB) of the WTO states that “the european Union and some member States have not complied with the recommendations and rulings of the DSB” in the dispute between Brussels to Washington since 2004.
