Affine is now the sole owner of the tower Lilleurope

Affine has just acquired the 11th floor of the tower Lilleurope with Foncia and become the sole owner of this building lighthouse of 25 000 m2 in Lille ; the land held by the other 19, previously acquired by successive phases since 2006.

In addition to its immediate contribution to the income of the property, this acquisition will enable it to achieve a number of development work is the building built in 1995 :
Improve the visibility and accessibility of the tower,
Rejuvenate, build and bring to life the common areas,
Optimize the use of 12th level.
This work will be carried out in consultation with the SPL Euralille in the context of its revitalization projects in place François Mitterrand and the liaison between the park Matisse and parc des Dondaines.
Located in the heart of Euralille, the third business district of France after la Défense (Paris) and la Part-Dieu (Lyon), and overlooking the TGV station international, Lille Europe, the tower occupies the best location professionals of the city. This operation is part of the investment strategy of Affine aimed at a balanced development between the Paris Metropolitan area and major regional cities (Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes and Toulouse).
The notaries representing the seller and the buyer are respectively Master Eric Van Themsche and Master Olivier Trichet of the study Haussmann.
