Paris, may 16, 2017. The French Leader of platforms of management of innovations, Yoomap created the SMI, System Management Ideas, to help the large enterprises to build and deploy their innovation process collaborative and participatory to the scale. Through its software, services, acculturation and its Club Users, Yoomap gives the keys to a method that nobody doubt it, but as yet few have actually been able to implement.

A software for participative innovation-to-measure in a month
Pure player, Yoomap is distinguished by its ability to develop completely customized his tool in just 1 month. For Richard Biquillon, CEO and co-founder of Yoomap : “The management of innovation is still in its infancy, our software must be more that also integrate as naturally as possible the codes of the business and the way that each of process innovation, it would be unthinkable to tackle a solution that’s been proven in another client. “The start-up and direct its development towards the “simplexité” : the SMI boards and complex algorithms coupled with ease of use as simple as possible (to help with the typing…), and an angle fun with gamification (collective vote of ideas, storytelling in the form of a challenge…).
.

Create the “bazaar organized” to foster ideation
“A brainstorming session successful always starts with a large number of ideas thrown pell-mell, without thinking too much.” recalls Richard Biquillon. “At the scale of 2000, 5000 employees, the challenge is huge. The issue of the SMI, therefore, was to reproduce that atmosphere of brainstorming to bring a maximum of employees to submit their ideas, and then to rely on technology to manage the classification.”
Completely modular, the SMI Yoomap sails all the expertise of the start-up company in the field of innovation management : ideation process collaborative and animation of communities, organization of innovathons and challenges internal as well as a high-performance engine semantics be able to aggregate automatically the similar ideas.

The coaching
Because a tool alone may not be enough to change mentalities and working methods, and because the discipline is in full exploration phase, Yoomap has created – at the request of its customers – a User Club of twenty people, which meets every quarter, and accompanies its customers in the acculturation in many forms (immersion, innovathons, animation / community management…).

On the road to innovation 360°
Some major groups have already made the choice to adopt a global vision of the entire innovation process by linking the SMI Yoomap and its first software application, the SURM (Start-Up Relationship Management) dedicated to the management of open innovation : they follow this process from A to Z : from the identification of a need for the execution of an idea, by including all of the actors who contribute. Some companies have identified and are now able to track their future intrapreneurs.

5 (good) methods of selection of (good) ideas, according to Yoomap :
1 – The automatic
2 – The Wiki-Sort
3 – The Crowd Picking
4 – The Expert Picking
5 – The Final Cut

About Yoomap : Created in 2014 by 3 associates, Yoomap has become in only 3 years, a leader in the platforms of management of innovations in France (open innovation and participative innovation).
