Paris, July 4, 2017. After having conquered the enterprises of the CAC40, Yoomap, the French leader of the platform of management innovation, is embarking on its development to the ETI with the deployment in the Group a Pitcher, a real estate developer, who will use the Start-Up Relationship Management to manage its plans to accelerate transformation to digital on all of its trades.
A tool to accelerate the implementation of the strategy of digitalization of the Group Pitcher
Sector specialist, real estate (design, planning, engineering, construction, marketing and management), the Group Pitcher has 1 000 employees. For the past several months, the group in bordeaux accelerates the implementation of its strategy of digitization in order to create a customer experience more smooth and memorable for all its businesses.
“In the framework of the transformation to digital of the Group, we have begun to animate an ecosystem of service providers and start-ups around a number of experiments.” explains Rémi Ehrhart, Executive Director of the Group. “All of the first results confirmed that this guidance was correct, we have therefore decided to industrialize and sought the tool that is able to support it. We moved to Yoomap for their expertise in the management of open innovation and have been thrilled to discover a company that can adapt to our size. ”
Among the recent fruits of its experiments, the Group Pitcher announced to be the first property developer in france to offer the electronic signature of the booking contracts in VEFA. This innovation, in collaboration with Docapost, allows for the securing of the seizure of the documents, improving the customer experience, and a strengthening of the legal proof.
More ETI in connection with the start-ups
The SURM (Start-Up, Relationship Management) of Yoomap is a collaborative tool that allows you to manage, promote, and realise the relations of a business with start-ups in the framework of a strategy of open innovation. The tool transforms the directory of start-ups businesses in the management tool and sharing of experience. Originally created for companies in the CAC40, this platform is attracting more and more companies and smaller businesses. The Group Pitcher is the first company of 1 000 employees to equip the SURM of Yoomap.
