Visiativ, editor and integrator of innovative platforms, announces an evolution of its governance to align the organization with its strategic plan Next100. To achieve the ambition of the Group to exceed 200 M€ turnover in 2020, Visiativ wants to turn it into a ” Smart Enterprise “, that is to say, mobilize the energy and the collective intelligence of its customers, its partners and its employees in order to engage the company in a dynamic, even more efficient and innovative.

In this framework, Pierre de PONTEVES, and Andy POLAKOWSKI joined the Executive Committee of the group Visiativ :

Pierre de PONTEVES in charge of the Customer Experience mission is to apprehend the whole of the activities of Visiativ by the experience and the uses of its customers, with the goal to reinvent and simplify the customer journey at every stage of interaction : offers, contracts, home, deployment, after-sales SERVICE…
Karine POLAKOWSKI in charge of Human Resources will accompany the Executive in the transformation of its employees in ” Smart People “, in order to enhance their creativity and performance. She’ll be hosting the” agility collective ” which aims to improve the adaptive capacity of Visiativ to technological environments in heavy acceleration.

Pierre de PONTEVES, 52 years : a graduate Engineer of the Ecole des Mines, Alès, Pierre de PONTEVES starts his career in the CAD in 1989 at Computervision as a developer and sales engineer. In 1995, he continued his career in the Business Intelligence from the publisher SAS. From 1998, he contributes to the development of the company Serviware (specialist CAD and scientific computing), which is becoming a major player on the French market and will be bought by Bull in 2007. He held the position of Operations Director of Serviware until 2011. Peter then joined Cadware, n°2 French of the distribution of SOLIDWORKS in France, in quality of Director-General Operations. In the framework of the acquisition of Cadware by Visiativ, he takes the responsibility of Director of Business Unit Services, and then Director of the Customer Experience.

Karine POLAKOWSKI, 42 years : a Graduate of the IAE of Lyon in HRM, Karine POLAKOWSKI integrates CIC–Lyonnaise de Banque in 1998, as the Responsible for HR Projects for the Greater South-East. In 2000, she pursued her career within a Start-Up computer science in Lyon, Euro Interactive, where she will participate in its development as Head of Recruitment then HR Manager. In 2006, she joined the american group Scotts Miracle Gro, the world leader in garden products. For 10 years, it will occupy including the position of HR Manager, Supply Chain France before to accompany the European subsidiaries. Karine has carried on lately the function of the Director of HR International, in close collaboration with the entity’s u.s. and European business before joining in July 2016, the Group Visiativ as a Director Human Resources Group.
