Following the entry into exclusive negotiations announced on 2 march 2017, Visiativ, editor and integrator of innovative platforms, announces the closing of the acquisition of Numvision, editor of solutions syncing and sharing secure data Sync&Share.
The acquisition of Numvision is carried out according to the entrepreneurial model developed by Visiativ : the Group takes a majority stake of 60%, with the balance owned by the founding family, represented by Laeticia Pelissier, current leader that continues its mission of development of this new subsidiary. Already implemented in previous acquisitions of the Group (including iPorta and nc2 im), this model allows to share the success of the reconciliation with the management, who remains involved.
Launch of Moovapps Drive, new offering “Sync&Share”
The flexibility and simplicity of integration of the products developed by Numvision will allow Visiativ to quickly add a supplementary tool to its software platform Moovapps to facilitate the collaborative work of its customers.
Upon reentry, Visiativ plans to launch Moovapps Drive, a cloud-based solution for collaborative secure backup and sharing of documents online. This new application, which will be available in SaaS, PaaS (hosted) or on-premise and white brand, will focus in particular on the ETI industrial and business of the council (accountants, lawyers, insurance, etc).
