Valmet will deliver a complete mjukpapperslinje with a comprehensive automationspaket to ICT Iberica, Spain. The new Advantage DCT 200HS machine installed at the company’s mill in Burgo, and is fully in line with their ambition to use topmodern technology for the production of quality products. Start-up is scheduled for the third quarter of 2018.
The order is included In Valmet’s orders received for the second quarter of 2017. The value of the order is not revealed.
Valmet has previously delivered four mjukpapperslinjer to Ict companies In Italy, France and Poland. The latest was installed at the mill In Kostrzyn in Poland In December 2015
“The results from our latest maskininstallation in Poland, has convinced us that the Advantage DCT technology in combination with the ViscoNip press is the best solution also for the mill of Burgo. We expect to reach the same high production efficiency, and the goal is to deliver the tissue products of the ultra-quality to a Spanish market,” says RiccardoBaccelli, Executive Director, ICT.

Valmet’s Advantage DCT 200HS tissue machine
Valmet’s delivery includes a complete production line for tissue paper with mäldberedningssystem and an Advantage DCT 200HS machine with the latest technology in order to manufacture consumer products of the highest quality. The production line is optimized for a low power consumption.
Also complete construction, training and start-up services are included, as well as a comprehensive automationspaket. The new machine will increase the company’s capacity, for the loo-, household-, hygiene – and servettpapper, with 70,000 tons per year. As a raw material will färskmassa to be used.
