During the mixed general meeting annual was held on may 30, 2017, the shareholders of Umanis (Alternext Paris – FR0010949388 – ALUMS) have unanimously approved the proposal of payment in cash of a dividend of 0,60 per share for fiscal 2016.

The dividend will be detached on June 2, 2017 and put into payment on or after 6 June 2017.
