Audrey Ménassé, Director Governance and company Law of Danone

After having served nearly ten years as a lawyer specialized in business law in international law firms, Audrey Ménassé joined in 2010 Danone as a Lawyer of the Corporate Law. She became Director Governance and Corporate Law of Danone in 2016. She is notably in charge of the governance of the listed company Danone (organization of Boards of Directors, Committees, General Meetings, Reference documents) as well as legal issues related to law firms of all legal entities Danone.

Audrey Ménassé is a graduate of the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas (DESS in notarial law and a DEA in General Private Law) and Columbia University (LL.M). She is the owner of the Paris bar and New York city.

Audrey Ménassé is committed in regard to the insertion of the cognitive disabilities in companies and organises training placements for young people with disabilities at Danone.

Fabienne Saadane-Oaks, General Director of ABF Ingredients

Fabienne Saadane-Oaks is a manager seasoned in which professional experience extends over 30 years with various roles of General Management in France and in the United States. Since march 2015, she is the executive Director of ABF Ingredients, a subsidiary of Associated British Foods specializes in food ingredients with high added value.

It has gained expertise in management is recognized within big international groups, French (Sanofi and Rhodia, where she was president of Rhodia Food from 2001 to 2004), German (Degussa), american (DuPont), English (ABF) and denmark (Danisco, of which she was a member of the Executive Committee from 2007 to 2011). She has played a key role in the acquisition and integration of Rhodia Food by Danisco in 2004 and Danisco by DuPont in 2011.

Its functions have led her to interact frequently with the Boards of Directors of these groups in the areas of strategy, investments, financial communication, M&A, integration of acquired companies and asset management human.

Fabienne Saadane-Oaks, 59 years old, a graduate of ENSTA, naval Engineer and holds an MBA from the ESSEC business school, is bilingual in French and English. She is a member of the Committee Sully, of the French Institute of Administrators (IFA), the Associations of Former Students of the ESSEC business school and ENSTA.

Philippe Lavielle, CEO of Fermentalg, said : “These appointments reflect our desire that we turn fully to the market with the support of well-known personalities in the field of nutrition and health. This is a major asset in the definition and execution of our roadmap and a pride that Audrey and Fabienne make the choice to accompany us. ”

These appointments will be submitted to a vote of the shareholders at the annual ordinary general Assembly and extraordinary, which will take place on Thursday 22 June 2017.
