The relations between the Caisse d’epargne Hauts de France and the IÉSEG School of Management are old, and marked by mutual trust. On the occasion of the Digital Networking held in Lille on 3 July, the two institutions have decided to formalize the strengthening of their partnership around emerging issues such as entrepreneurship, digital, and societal commitment.

In the framework of this new partnership, the following actions are planned around these 3 themes :

Entrepreneurship : The Caisse d’epargne Hauts de France becomes a partner of the Incubator of the IÉSEG. The incubator on the campus of Lille and Paris-La Défense brings a number of new start-ups a space and a professional support dedicated to, allowing them to grow and develop. The Caisse d’epargne Senior from France will accompany the sub-sector Entrepreneurship of the IÉSEG by interventions of experts in the courses, coaching sessions, or workshops. It will also be a sponsor of the annual contest of the entrepreneurship IÉSEG.

Digital : The two partners will host workshops on digital strategy to highlight case studies and best practices in the field. The Caisse d’epargne is also to associate with the IÉSEG during his participation in different events related to the digital in the sector of bank and insurance.

Social responsibility : An expert of the Caisse d’epargne Hauts de France will participate in the jury of the Prix ICOR (IÉSEG Center for Organizational Responsibility), which rewards each year the best student thesis IÉSEG constituting an original contribution to the understanding and reflection on the organizational ethics or the social responsibility of organizations. The company will also contribute to the centre’s activities ICOR, which has the mission to lead and coordinate the different thoughts and actions of the School in terms of training and research on CSR.
